David Bainbridge
PARTNER
David Bainbridge is a Partner at Haven Capital Partners and a member of the Investment Team. Prior to co-founding Haven Capital Partners, David was a Principal of Brown Brothers Harriman, Co-Manager and Managing Director of BBH Capital Partners Opportunities Fund. Prior to joining BBH, David was a Managing Director and Investment Committee member at VSS Capital Partners, where he worked for nearly two decades. Early in his career, David worked at Berkery Noyes and Scott-Macon as an investment banker.
David earned a B.S. from Cornell University and an MBA from New York University, Stern School of Business.
Yash Kandoi
Yash Kandoi is a Partner at Haven Capital Partners and a member of the Investment Team. Prior to co-founding Haven Capital Partners, Yash was a Principal at The Vistria Group. Prior to joining The Vistria Group, he was a Principal at VSS Capital Partners. Yash started his career with Citi as an investment banker.
Yash earned a B.S.E. from University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School and School of Engineering.

Jin Kim
Jin Kim is a Partner at Haven Capital Partners and a member of the Investment Team. Prior to co-founding Haven Capital Partners, Jin was a Managing Director at BBH Capital Partners Opportunities Fund. Prior to joining BBH, Jin was a Managing Director at Stone Goff Partners. Earlier in his career, Jin was with Fifth Street Management.
Jin earned a B.A. from Brandeis University and an MBA from University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School.

Lacey Mehran is a Partner at Haven Capital Partners and Head of Capital Partnership. Prior to co-founding Haven Capital Partners, Lacey was a Managing Director and Head of Investor Relations at VSS Capital Partners. Lacey started her career with OTR Global, an equity research firm.
Lacey earned a B.S. in Applied Mathematics from North Carolina State University and an MBA from The Yale School of Management.

Matt Metalios is a Partner at Haven Capital Partners and Head of Business Development. Prior to co-founding Haven Capital Partners, Matt was a Vice President and Head of Origination at ParkerGale Capital. Prior to joining ParkerGale, Matt was a Vice President and Head of Business Development at VSS Capital Partners. Matt started his career with Axial as a member of the business development team.
Matt earned a B.A. in History from St John's University.
